API keys encrypted at rest; displayed in plain text only once at creation

4. API Call Data

When you call AI models through EasyTokenVIP, your prompts and completions are forwarded through our proxy server (located in China) to upstream AI model providers (also located in China). We do not store or log your prompt content or generated results. We only record call counts and token consumption for billing purposes. API call data in transit is encrypted using TLS.

5. Information Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following circumstances:

With your explicit consent
As required by law or government authorities
Sharing necessary transaction information with our payment providers (Payoneer / PayPal) to process payments
Sharing necessary API calls with upstream AI model providers to deliver the service

6. Your Rights (Including GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights under applicable data protection law:

Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Right to Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.

Additionally, when you make API calls through our service, your prompts and completions are routed through our proxy server in China to upstream AI model providers, which are also based in China.

The data protection laws of China may differ from those of your jurisdiction. We have implemented the following safeguards to protect your data:

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) between all points
We do not store API prompt or completion content
Account data is stored with encryption at rest
We make no voluntary disclosures to government authorities except as required by law
Data deletion requests are honored within 30 days

By creating an account and using our service, you explicitly consent to the transfer of your personal data to China as described in this section. If you do not consent, please do not use our service.

8. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after account deletion, to comply with legal obligations (tax, anti-fraud, and record-keeping). After this period, all personal data is permanently deleted. API call logs (which contain no prompt content) are retained for billing purposes for 12 months and then anonymized.

9. Cookies

Our website uses essential cookies to maintain login sessions and language preferences. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
