Welcome to EasyTokenVIP (the "Service"). This Service is provided by Keqing Jingyao E-Commerce (Shaoxing) Co., Ltd. (Unified Social Credit Code: 91330683MAKGUTRW4G). By using this Service, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

"Service" refers to the AI model API proxy service provided by EasyTokenVIP.
"User" refers to any individual or entity that registers for and uses the Service.
"API Key" refers to the unique credential used for authentication and calling the Service.
"Token" refers to the unit of measurement for AI model text processing.

2. Account Registration

Users must provide true and accurate registration information, including a valid email address.
Each email address may only register one account.
Users are responsible for all activities under their account, including API key usage.
Users may not transfer, lend, or share their account with third parties.
We reserve the right to refuse registration or close accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Service Description

The Service provides the following features:

Access to multiple AI models through a unified OpenAI-compatible API interface
API key management (create, view, disable)
Token usage tracking and quota management

The specific available models and pricing are subject to the official website. We reserve the right to change the model list and pricing, with advance notice to users.

4. Fees and Payment

Users must pre-purchase plans to obtain API call quota (token allowance).
Credits are sold in the following amounts: $1 (500K quota), $5 (2.5M), $20 (10.3M + 3% bonus), $50 (26.25M + 5% bonus), $100 (55M + 10% bonus), $500 (287.5M + 15% bonus). Credits never expire.
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. Supported payment methods include PayPal balance, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit/debit cards.
Upon successful payment, API quota will be automatically activated within minutes and sent to your registered email.
Tokens are deducted based on actual consumption and do not expire (unless the account is terminated).
Enterprise customers may request custom pricing and monthly billing.

5. Acceptable Use

Users must not use the Service for the following purposes:

Generating or disseminating illegal, infringing, pornographic, violent, discriminatory, or harassing content
Conducting cyberattacks, crawler abuse, or any activity that threatens service stability
Bypassing or attempting to bypass security measures and rate limits
Violating the usage policies of upstream AI model providers
Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws and regulations

Violations of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

The EasyTokenVIP name, logo, website design, and code are owned by our company.
Intellectual property rights for AI-generated content are subject to the relevant terms of the upstream AI model provider.
Users grant us the right to process user data to the extent necessary for providing the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by upstream provider failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure.
Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance via website notices or email.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount actually paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event.
We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, or data loss resulting from the use of the Service.

9. Termination

Users may request account deletion at any time by contacting customer support.
We may terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or other reasonable cause, with a refund of remaining unused quota (except in cases of Section 5 violations).
Upon account termination, all API keys will be immediately invalidated.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and updated on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the matter shall be submitted to the competent court at our company's location.
